The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing the full AR cycle, including invoicing, collections, and cash application. This role ensures accurate billing, timely payments, and clean customer account records while supporting cash flow and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send accurate customer invoices; process adjustments and credit memos.
• Monitor aging reports and perform proactive collections to reduce delinquency.
• Apply customer payments and resolve short pays or unapplied cash.
• Reconcile customer accounts and support month-end close activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve billing issues.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Accounts Receivable or billing experience.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, collections, and cash application.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Excel.
• Excellent communication, accuracy, and organizational skills.
